Very disappointed. I very rarely write bad reviews. I grew up on the P.A/NJ border so I’ve had good coffee cake. It’s very different. It’s super dense which is not always bad but not very sweet and seems undercooked. I really wanted to love it. Maybe some will like it, but not my cup of tea.

The crumb square is number one in NJ for a reason! It’s the BEST. Each time I travel to Europe, my friends and family put in their request to bring multiple crumb squares to them. It’s a favorite now in London, Amsterdam, Majorca and more.
